applicants.

Registration teams can be contacted through your
regional contact team. The regional contact team
may be able to help you with general registration enquiries.
About the regional registration teams
The regional registration teams handle everything to do with
registration, including:
- applications to register a service
- applications to register a manager
- applications to remove or to make a major or minor
variations to conditions
- applications to cancel registration
- changes to your registration certificate
(including error correction, name changes, changes of address, or
letting us know if a manager has resigned)
- the nomination of a new responsible
individual.
Each team is led by a regional registration manager supported by
business services staff and inspectors.
