After registration
After registration, we have a legal duty to inspect services to
make sure they are following the regulations.
If you are an organisation who wants to change your responsible
individual, you should write to us confirming that:
- the person you have put forward is suitable to carry out this
role
- you are satisfied that this person meets the requirements of
the regulations.
The responsible individual does not need to send us a new
application, although we may want to follow this up when we inspect
the service.
