following an inspection and about the reports we write on each
service.
Ratings
Following a key inspection we give
each service a quality rating, ranging from zero stars (poor) to
three stars (excellent).
The rating is included in your inspection report.
Reports
We write a report after each inspection. You will receive a copy
of the draft report to check for factual accuracy before it is
published on our website.
As well as providing reports on our individual care services, we
publish a provider relationship manager (PRM) annual performance
report.
