Outcome descriptions
Our inspection reports include a description of the outcomes
that people using services should expect. We use the outcomes in
the national minimum standards (NMS). When assessing the quality of
care services the outcomes allow us to focus on the experiences of
people who use services and what's important to them.
We make judgements about the quality of your services against
each of the outcome areas. We then use these judgements to work out
the overall quality rating for your service.
