In a bid to maintain consistency of
our inspections and judgements, we have launched a dedicated
email address to allow care providers to comment
on issues they have experienced.
Email your concerns on issues about the consistency of
advice, scoring and judgements. to consistencymb@csci.gsi.gov.uk
We will use your experiences to develop the thinking on
improving the consistency of services and of judgements.
