The diversity of staff

We have a specific duty under the Race Relations Act to monitor details about our staff with regards to their ethnicity.

This information is published in our Equalities and diversity monitoring report :

Covering ethnicity, gender, age and disability, the report provides a breakdown of the our workforce by directorate, region/location and grade.

The report says how many staff:

  • are employed by us
  • apply for employment, training and promotion
  • receive training
  • benefit or suffer detriment as a result of our performance assessment procedures
  • are involved in grievance procedures
  • are the subject of disciplinary procedures
  • leave our employment.
