Regional contact teams

We have set up regional contact teams in
each of our seven regions.
This is to make sure that we provide you with a
consistent way of dealing with questions you have
about the way we regulate your service.
Find the team in your region
What do the teams do?
The seven regional contact teams:
- aim to provide an excellent response to enquiries from service
providers, councils and other professionals who contact us
- receive all incoming post including registration forms,
notifications and inspection material
- send out printed, bound copies of inspection reports to service
providers, following a key inspection.
The teams include staff trained to handle different types of
enquiries.
This allows our inspectors to spend more time
on their inspection and regulatory work.
You can still speak to an inspector. If one isn't available
when you call, we'll take a message and one will call you back at a
convenient time.
When should I contact them?
Contact your regional contact team if you have questions
about:
- how we register, inspect and regulate your service
- performance assessment of your council.
