About our helpline numbers
Find out how much it costs to call our 0845
helpline.
Calls to our 0845 helpline numbers are generally charged by BT
at 3p per minute on weekdays from 6am to 6pm and 1p per minute at
other times. This will depend on your calling plan.
Charges for calls from mobile networks, payphones and other
suppliers may be more expensive than the BT rate.
Opening hours
Our helpline is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to
Friday.
If you telephone this number outside of these hours, we have a
call handling service dealing with our calls.
One of our staff will record the details of your
call and decide how it should be handled.
If there is an emergency or something that is affecting the
safety of people who use care services, they have access to the
Commission's officer who is on call.
