About the Complaints Review Service

Find out about our complaints team, how they can help you and how to contact them.

Our complaints team is responsible for:

  • dealing with complaints about CSCI
  • developing CSCI's complaints and service improvement policy, procedure and practice
  • co-ordinating enquiries about the Parliamentary Ombudsman
  • supporting the organisation and influencing the development of wider social care and health complaints policy.
