About the Complaints Review Service

Our complaints team is responsible for:
- dealing with complaints about CSCI
- developing CSCI's complaints and service improvement policy,
procedure and practice
- co-ordinating enquiries about the Parliamentary Ombudsman
- supporting the organisation and influencing the development of
wider social care and health complaints policy.
