State of social care in England 2006-07: background papers

CSCI has commissioned two studies to help with
the production of the report, The state of social care in
England 2006-07.
These studies look at different issues associated with the
growing divide between people who manage to qualify for help from
their local council and those who are excluded by ever tighter
eligibility criteria.
