The state of social care in England 2004-05
13 December 2005
CSCI has a statutory duty to report annually on the state of
social care services in England.
In this, our first report to Parliament, we use the findings
from our inspections and assessment actvity to describe the state
of social care in England.
Informed throughout by the views of people who use services, the
report looks at what is working well and what needs to improve.
